ILLEGAL nominated for a Blue Hen Book Award 2020

Delighted to learn this week that our graphic novel, ILLEGAL, has been newly nominated for a BLUE HEN BOOK AWARD 2020 by Delaware Library Association in their Graphic Novel category.

Firstly, a big THANK YOU to them, it’s a big honour especially given the other excellent books on the shortlist.

And secondly, an even bigger WELL DONE to all the hard working folks at Delaware Libraries for keeping going through the global 2020 #Lockdown and for ensuring that their readers were able to continue borrowing books and turning pages.

Voting via Delaware Library card holders ends in October 2020 and the award is announced in Feb 2021. Good luck to all the talented writers and artists nominated.
